Smartphone and smartwatch are an information hub collecting user behavior data from built-in sensors to link recognized user activities to their physiological and cognitive states. We create a complete panoramic picture of a person’s behavioral patterns and stress-related symptoms.
We develop a symptom-biomarker relationship graph for discovering the stress causality from individual activities and overall routine. We design machine learning techniques to refer to the weights based on the collected data and automate mental health assessment model for stress detection.
We design an adaptive stress intervention service and provide automated, personalized, and just-in-time support for developing stress coping skills and reducing stress, including mindfulness relaxing, breathing, stretching, walking, eating, sleeping, listening, focused attention, focused for calm.
